Dialed Knee Brace: 90 nights to try it

• 90-night money-back guarantee. Wear it for up to 90 nights from delivery. If it isn't for you, email us and we refund you in full. You don't need to send it back.
• Free size swap. Wrong size? Email us within 90 nights of delivery and we send the right size free. You don't need to send the first one back.
• Arrives damaged or faulty (for example the dial doesn't tighten or loosen): email a photo or short video and we send a free replacement or refund you in full.

How to ask

Email support@ellerwood.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day. Refunds go back the same business day; banks usually take 3 to 10 business days to show them.

Lost or missing orders

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, contact us and we replace or refund.

Cancelling

Cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch.

Limits

Refunds cover the price paid. We may decline clear abuse, such as repeated claims across orders. This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law.
